Our Policies

Cancellation policy 

• All orders are able to be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible so we are already working on your order after this time period. Once 24 hours has passed, the order is no longer able to be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order within this time frame, please contact us. 

Return policy 

• As we custom build to order, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or replacements as our products are built to you. Please choose colors, styles, and sizes carefully before placing your order. 

Damaged items 

• If your item was damaged during transit or a mistake was made by us, we will replace your item for you. Please contact us within 30 days of placing the order to be eligible for a replacement.
